How to get the Montis services?

• We will start to provide our services after receiving the sample or the description of the required product, your order volume and delivery timeline.
• Our R&D team will formulate a sample according to your specifications or requirements.
• A sample prepared on the lab scale will be forwarded to send you for review and comments along with our price quote for contract service. We can also provide you the list of ingredients upon request.
• After the approval of the sample, place the order and we will deliver you as directed.
• All of the orders require at least fifty percent (50%) down payment with balance due after delivery. The payment can be received in cash, company cheques or through online banking.
• All returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of finished product. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
